ASRA PRO is an OB-GYN board exam preparation app. This policy explains what personal data the app collects, why, and what your choices are. Contact: asra.pro.team@gmail.com.
The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos or health data, does not show adverts, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Your data is used only to run the service: to create and secure your account, verify your email, enforce the one-active-device rule, and unlock content for active subscribers. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Accounts and sessions are stored with Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), which processes data on our behalf under Google's data protection terms. Study progress such as highlights and notes you make inside pages is kept on your device.
Your account data is kept while your account exists. If you delete your account in the app (Account, then Delete account) your login and session data are permanently removed. You can also email us to request deletion.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing asra.pro.team@gmail.com. We answer within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
ASRA PRO is intended for medical professionals and trainees and is not directed at children under 16.
If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this address with a new effective date.
